About the Short Film

The Sound of Silence short film was created by Gaspare Damanti in collaboration with 321VIDEO, a video production company based in Città di Castello, Italy.

The project was conceived as an authentic cinematic preview of the future feature film of the same name. Rather than a traditional trailer, it is a standalone short film with a runtime of approximately 12 minutes.

While some characters and narrative elements were simplified due to budget and production limitations, the short film faithfully conveys the central themes, atmosphere, and emotional message of the future feature-length production.

Produced with an approximate budget of €5,000, the project represents the first visual realization of the larger cinematic vision behind The Sound of Silence.
